FlexFlow Refund and Return Policy

At FlexFlow, we stand behind the quality of our ankle temperature-regulation bracelets. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process as outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The item was purchased directly from FlexFlow
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products
  • Damaged items caused by misuse or improper care
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo of the defect or damage

If approved, we will offer one of the following at no cost to you:

  • Replacement product, or
  • Full refund

FlexFlow will cover shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or FlexFlow error.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product was defective
  • The wrong item was shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as FlexFlow is not responsible for lost return shipments.


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Size or fit issues (if applicable)

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the order has shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process.

  • Suspected abuse of the refund policy
  • Fraudulent activity
